Favorite oyster to shuck: I wouldn't say I have one. Shucked thousands of oysters, but being from Texas, it’s been 95 percent Eastern and 5 percent Gigas, so not a lot of experience with other species.
Dream oyster destination: Ireland, and for many reasons, not only the oysters, but oysters are a huge part of it.
Proudest oyster accomplishments to date: Passing level one in OMG on the first try, and actually trying/studying out of interest and want rather than cheating, which I can't say has been a common theme in my school career.
Favorite thing about being an OMG member: Seeing how far the community stretches out globally.
