Most meaningful oyster: The Atlantic oyster, especially the ones grown by Stonington Farms Shellfish, which I help farm, and have witnessed firsthand how much time and attention goes into each one.
Favorite oyster to shuck: Any Canadian oyster—they are small and delicious, and Canada's oyster culture offers so much to explore.
Dream oyster destination: South Australia, like Coffin Bay, where I've read you can dine on oysters and drink bubbly amongst the oyster beds.
Proudest oyster accomplishments to date: Passing this Level 2 course - it was Intense!
Favorite thing about being an OMG member: The people, the people, and the people. Super interesting life experiences, full of ideas, and nice humans.
