Favorite oyster to shuck: One of the oversized oysters from our farm (in the early winter) or a select (or larger) high-quality Glidden Point.

Dream oyster destination: An outdoor cafe in Paris with my wife and boys. (with a crisp Sancerre and no schedule)

Proudest oyster accomplishments to date: Building an oyster farm with my wife and boys.
